Spine problems can significantly affect your well being and general health. Your spine influences your entire body in one way or another by providing essential support for you to walk straight and carries many of your nerves including the spinal cord.
These nerves help control the position of your head, arms, shoulders, hands, legs, trunk, and feet. If your back gets injured or affected by a medical condition, it can cause debilitating and uncomfortable pain that can worsen if you don’t seek medical assistance sooner rather than later.
Neck and spinal problems are among the leading medical issues people seek help for and also a leading cause of disability. This medical issue can range from mild, constant pains to sudden, severe aches that can affect your ability to move.
It’s essential to seek professional orthopedic help regardless of your spine symptoms and severity. Any spine pain can adversely affect your life’s quality, normal functioning, and mobility.
Fortunately, back care has greatly advanced over the past few decades. Today, there are several spine care approaches and technologies that orthopedists and neurosurgeons can utilize to treat and diagnose spinal and neck problems in sophisticated ways.
One of the most efficient and safe spinal treatments is laser surgery, a minimally invasive back surgery that provides a long-term remedy for spine-related issues. AllSpine Laser and Surgery Center is one of few facilities in Georgia to perform laser spine surgery and a comprehensive spine care provider in the Atlanta metro area.
It has highly qualified and experienced neurosurgeons and back specialists ready to provide you with top tier spine treatment and pain management.
Spine pain treatment can involve surgical or non-surgical procedures, depending on your spine issue. Less severe problems usually include non-surgical treatments like physical therapy to aid muscle strength and functioning or spinal bracing to eliminate pressure on trampled nerve roots.
Some conditions may require back surgery or nerve block shots to interrupt the brain’s pain signals. Common back surgeries are laser surgery, lumbar back fusion surgery, spinal laminectomy, artificial disc replacement, and radiofrequency ablation.
Radiofrequency ablation involves the burning of nerve ending with radiowaves. Although it’s a minimally invasive procedure, it’s not as effective as laser surgery as it only relieves pain for a year, and the ache comes back again.
Laminectomy involves removing lamina in the spine to provide more room for compressed nerves causing spine pain. Disc replacement surgery is when your whole spinal disc is removed and replaced with an artificial one. It requires optimum keenness during surgery and a long healing period.
Different spinal issues require varying treatment approaches. Your orthopaedist will diagnose your condition and advice you on the most suitable treatment for your back and neck pain. While all surgical procedures are effective, it’s advisable to opt for less-invasive approaches if possible.
Laser surgery is the most advanced and efficient spinal surgery procedure today. You’ll be fed the laser using a thin needle inserted through your back, directly targeting your spinal disc to decompress pain-causing areas in your spine. It’s slightly painless and doesn’t involve any incisions.
Timely and high-quality spine pain treatment is key to all spinal issues. No matter your condition, it’s best to go to a specialized orthopaedist for effective treatment. AllSpine Laser and Surgery center has high-end back doctors specializing in all spinal disorders and proudly serve individuals in Atlanta metro area and Cumming.

I went to my primary care doctor due to the pain I was in. I could not put my foot on the floor. The primary care doctor sent me for x-rays. The results of the x-ray showed a nerve pressing on a disk.
My primary care doctor sent me to Shahram Rezaiamiri, a Board Certified Neurosurgeon who is located in Stockbridge, GA. Dr. Rezaiamiri talked to me about Laser being less invasive and how this may be a better plan of action for me. I have to admit I was reluctant at first but now after living with the result I’m thankful I chose Laser.
If anyone is having back pain, Laser is the only way to go and if I had to make the choice again, this is what I would choose. The recovery was 6 to 8 weeks, and I have not had back pain since my surgery.
I would not trust anyone else to surgery on my back, Dr. Rezaiamiri, knows what he is doing and is a fantastic doctor, the results I’m living with are a testimony to his great work.
If you are having back pain so severe and can no longer stand it and are not certain what you should do, Laser is the way to go. It certainly worked for me. I pray if you choose the route, that you will be pleased with the results. I know and realize that not everyone will have the same results due to the type of injury they may have, however I can honestly say I highly recommend Dr. Rezaiamiri to anyone who is in need of Laser surgery.
Thank you to Dr. Rezaiamiri for all you did to help me.
Sincerely,
Carolyn
